Re: how to keep Exchange server sync secure?

Just a quick thing, if your phone is missing/lost/stolen, log into your exchange server ASAP and change your password, no new messages will come in and it will just spit up errors on sync. About the only thing the crook can get from your phone is past email/contacts and your user name but, nothing that would allow them to log on to your server (unless you have notes with passwords or something)

I know it's a pain but, your best option is to have a password set if you want it to be secure. Most admins (I have done this before) have a password requrement on a phone, after 30-60 seconds, the phone will lock.
