oops, you have to go to recovery and then flash from there.
Copy .zip file to root directory of your sd
Hold down volume, the hit power
go to recovery
then go to wipe
hit the first 3 wip options, especially the dalvik
then return to main recovery screen
flash from .zip
Voila!!
