Thanks for the suggestion coolpoete, but you know how they handled my problem? I left a message during their feedback survey telling them that I was upset by basically being called a thief, and I definitely would like a supervisor to call me. Well she did call me and her best solution was to move my upgrade date forward so that I could spend MORE money with Verizon on a phone that would not give me these issues.
I'm under warranty, there should have been no issues especially since my first two replacements were DOA. Advanced tech support couldn't even get them to activate. My solution to the problem? My contract is up in 3 1/2 months. Shame since I've been with them for nine or ten years now.
