ooook put all the clues together from various differen threads and finally got back to OEM stock... for anyone stuck and found your way to this thread here are steps to get back to OEM from newer rom/radio:
1) Install OLD bootloader (2.40 wont work with old radio)
2) flash OEM radio
3) flash OEM rom (o/s)
4) run relocker
