For those of us who HAVE NOT installed the 6/29 OTA update, BUT have the UnRevoked (1) installed:

I have found the directions that you need to install UnRevoked(2), and then run the UnRevoked Patched OTA, BUT it does not include the new WIMAX update.

Why did they not choose to include the WiMax update? and if I go through these steps, will I lose my existing (flaky) Wimax?

I would really want the new Wimax update, but, I don't want to lose Root either.

What is the suggested means to get the new WiMax update, and still have Root? I can read and follow directions well enough, but I have not seen the best solution appear to me to make sense yet.
