Thanks Recursion! Strangely enough, it must be a setting in Firefox causing this. I tried it in IE, and it works just fine.
Kind of confusing though. I've downloaded ROMs in Firefox dozens of times and this has never happened before. Oh well, just so I get my Neodium fix . . .
