I think your skipping the first part on how to flash a ROM. You need to hardSPL the phone first (google it) then you can hold the vol- and the top power while reseting and it will display a tri-color screen.. If the ROM is in x:\raph.img the tri-color screen will ask to load it.. If you don't get the tri-color screen you need to read step 1..
