Cell standby vs. Phone idle
A couple quick questions.What's the difference between cell standby vs. phone idle? And can anyone explain what the following means:

setting; applications;running services: at the bottom of the screen it reads something like Avail:100MB+84 in 30__________other:20MB in 4.


Can anyone explain this?
