How do you know if you're a premier customer or not. I've been on sero for 3 years not sure if that counts. But I think remembered reading somewhere if you have a 69.99 plan or more your automatically premier. Let me know. I'm planning to chat with Sprint soon. Many thanks..
if youve been on sero, your deffinitly not premier. also, once you change to a 69.99 plan or better, it takes 3 billing cycles to have the benifits kick in.
