Yes, I was very appreciative of the credit she gave me and let's face it, all of us long times Sprint customers have fought for some kind of credit for something, but I was more impressed and pleased with her service and actually calling me back 2x!
I also think when you purchase a new phone or add a line like I did, they should make you aware you are going to get a large bill the first time around. At least I would have been prepared for it and had the battle fought with my wife in advance of spending more money on something I didn't necessarily need right before our baby is due!
Well thanks to the wonderful rep, she kept peace in the household and now I can buy my baby some diapers
