I agree I don't really care about insurance either, the only reason I thought it would be a good idea was because I lost my old TP2 and ended up paying $125 for a year old one from craigslist. Oh well not too bad because I could've paid the exact same amount for TEP as well...I'm still in contract and will be out of contract in 3 months come October this year...might just have to be careful not to lose my phone again.
I agree with you though, TEP is mostly a scam - paying $7 a month and then paying $100 for a lost phone...in 1 year you've already paid $184 for a lost phone...that's shitty.
