It's working fine for me...locks when the screen turns off. However, I'm not using CHT lockscreen. I'm using the stock lock screen with the lockdevice .cab

Not sure about Sprint, but on Verizon you must not provision the phone. Provisioning messes up my data connection. Have you tried running the phone without provisioning (only way it works for me)?
