Yes, I have provisioned my phone (Sprint). However, this is what keeps coming up for me:
I do not have a data connection, I use only wifi, and this only comes up when I'm driving or what have you and do not have a wifi connection going. This thing does not stop popping up randomly and it's getting pretty doggone annoying as I haven't had it since using the stock Sprint ROM.
