Indeed I am using CHT, just had a look through CHT Editor and can't see anything to do this?

if using cht 1.8.5 it won't be in the editor,it will be under set wallpaper under the menu options from homescreen,once selected choose
skin taskbar and softkey,you will be prompted for a soft reset afterwards and you should be golden.
