I just exchange my evo had 002 now have 003. Main reason I exchanged it was because I was having the screen issue. I was having horrable battery life I guess I just had a bum battery because I can see some of the reports of battery life now that I could not believe before the battery life is night and day now for me. I am a much happier EVO owner and windows mobile switcher now
