Hi my name is Art and Im a noob.... hi Art!
Now that we got that out of the way.
I can't find the post on how to create a cab file. I have made some dialer themes and instead of Cut and Pasting any time I want to changeg theme I would like to create a package to install.
Do I need any specific Programs, have winrar?, or do I have to hard code. Have wanted to learn to dev, have some basic c+ exp.
Any direction would be appreciated
