So that is how my testing went. I made sure that when I tested this I did a Hard Reset and returned my Mogul/Titan to manufacture setting (Just to make sure no other apps would conflict).

Hope there is hope and fixes for these bugs..

A lot of these errors are due to the buttons pointing to programs that are standard on the Touch. The Settings buttons points to \Windows\htcSettings.exe; the photo album button points to \Windows\HTCAlbum.exe; OZ button points to \Program Files\Instant Messaging\im.exe, etc. a quick search of PPCGeeks should turn up CABS to install these programs. Then check below for instructions on how to change button links.

Anyway, for the most part it works. One thing I notice is when I do the down to up swipe to launch the MacFlo, I see the HTC Home slide up the screen then it transitions to the MacFlo interface. I don't have HTC Home installed, and just have the basic today screen displayed at this point. What is this? Will it be resolved by installing the HTC Home? Thanks.

The HTC home that you see is just part of the animation. Touch users have the Home installed already, so it looks like our Today screen is opening up to reveal this vast open space behind it. I am currently working on new "up/down" animations that are more generic. Try clearing your browsers cache and then re-downloading the ExtraCABs. If that still doesn't work, download the zip from the Touch forum.

You can use A Registry Editor for now. I use PHM RegEdit

It's not that hard if you know what you're looking for. If you get lost, though, it can be intimidating.

The Paths can be found in

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>Software>HTC>Biotouch>APLaunche r, CustAPLauncher, CustAPLauncher2, and CustAPLauncher3

Each of those folders have App0-App7

Each App folder has a parameter called "Path" where the location of the executable is.

For instance, the GoogleMaps button can be found at

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>Software>HTC>Biotouch>CustAPLau ncher>App1

Find where your exe files are located on your phone, then type that location as the Path.

Buttons are lined up as so:

0 2 4 6
1 3 5 7

Thank you guys for your feedback. I will try to address as many of these issues as I can. I just ask that you be patient with me. This is just my hobby.
