FYI, you can remove the apps if your phone is rooted,either through the Root Explorer or via commandline through the computer with adb shell, but guess what? You reboot your phone and the Sprint apps come back! It blows. So, I just blink my eyes as I go past Sprint NFL. Thanks Sprint. Looking out for the guys, but no Sprint eBay app for us gals! Haha!

Yeah, custom ROMS...been there done that with WinMo a million times and it's cool, but I don't have time for that anymore...and I am pleased with the Evo. It's stable and has everything I need....but there has to be a way of ridding yourself of the apps without them popping back like some bad nightmare when you reboot the phone.
