So, here's what you do...
You need to redo part 2 of rooting you may have to use the pc method. Get the files onto your storage card.
Start running the commands in the ADB Shell or Android Terminal app if it lets you.
One thing, if you see a "$" you won't have access to run the commands. Type "SU" and hit enter. If it switches to "#" continue doing the steps. If it doesn't give you a "#" then I'm not sure. |
Ugh, can't believe it was typing SU that I was forgetting to do... just happened to click on the last page and saw this post... feel like such a n00b. I had installed a rooted version of the OTA and it all went to crap from there, back to rooted with nandroid, hopefully wont have to go through this again. -- Thanks (and yes I did hit the button ~)
