My speeds can still vary considerably (sometimes dropping into the 300 kbps download range), but overall I've found the increased speeds to be pretty reliable. My best ever speed on Rev 0 was about 1.2 mpbs in downtown Houston. Most places would be 300-500 kbps. Now I can average around 1 mbps almost everywhere. The decreased latency and higher upload speeds make for a better all around experience as well.

800 kbps could easily be Rev A. You might just be in a high usage area. What kind of speeds did you get in the same area on Rev 0? Also, what does your upload speed look like now?
