Keep in mind I have settled for given a fair long term test to either solution.

Jabra ear gels:
They fit over a standard donut shaped ear piece on the jawbone. I doubt the kit was really made for the icon the snap ear loop doesn't fit. But the gels do.

I was able to get a so so fit with the largest one, but it was just not comfortable enough and I was not sure of the connection of the sensor and my cheek with it on.

I probably will not use these, so at least they where cheap.

Acoustibuds:
I was able to get a couple solid fits, there is 1 problem. Its too loud.

Heinous: This may be your best chance for hearing while driving that jeep...

Turning the volume in call on the bluetooth down the min volume the voicemail box was ok just a touch louder than I want. But the post hangup sound notification... That is the deal breaker at the moment.

I can't find a spot to turn that volume down all the way, if I could I would be more tempted to give this a long run try.

There was some discomfort from them, but that hangup sound volume was too much.

Well I hope this helps I may give the Acoustibuds a run for a bit.
How are you turning down the volume, on the phone or on the Icon or a combo of both...?
