A get free SIM to put into the phone. They will then charge you $2 a day for data pretty much anywhere, and then you can use Skype Mobile. Regular calls run .5-1.5$, but you just look at the missed calls and call them back via Skype....

Same of the above. They charged $40 per month (it can be prorated close to $2 per day for data plan). In addition what helps is to have google voice so you don't have to check your voice mail with skype but can read it or hear it over your email message. I set it up like this and it helps rather than checking all missed calls. Please thanks if you like the response
