Manila 2016 is faster in most cases, but never any slower than 1412 or 1324. Alot of new packages updated from the Leo rom (2016 core Manila Source), but I am not going to wait till I update all of them to the rom. So far the rom appears to be rock soilid with the current updated. I will add one at a time and test for future release versions.
