you have to disable it using a registry editor
1. Go to [HKLM\Services\CMGuardian]
create a new DWORD Value called "Flags" and set the value data to "4"
This will disable CMGuardian.exe and keep it from overwriting changes you have made. hope this helps and dont forget to hit thanks
