My Facebook tab updates just fine, but I'm still working on getting an updates and events tab in my people's tab.
They may look the same to your eye. A good way to find what is hidden (extra spaces). Take and highlight all of the text and look for extra spaces at the of statements. Spaces will keep sense from launching.
