aaaand here's the answer... drum roll please... the bottom one was done with the evo. something else to remember is that the camera auto center focused (which was of course on the fence) so I let the evo do the same since I used auto everything with both of 'em. the evo pic prolly woulda come out a little better if I had changed settings and where it focused manually.
