I second that. It typically takes much more work to "Rip" a feature from the Operating System then it is to simply find all of the Registry keys and files and compile a CAB installer with it. You have to worry about the integrated feature calling on files (DLL's for example) which may or may-not be supported in Windows Mobile 6.0 and older. Its not impossible though.
