I am trying to think why it wouldnt be aligned, as mine is perfect on WM 6.5 and WM 6.5.x.
Still thinking, in the meantime, you may wanna try applying the wallpaper and skin the bars again.
Not really sure why you are having an issue, as Titanium has always had that feature.

Why would I use the lockscreen wallpaper tab if I'm trying to set the wallpaper in Titanium..?? That's got me a bit confused  lol
