Sorry your argument holds no water, the Touch is not a business phone, if we were talking about the Mogul here, I'd be more understanding. But the Touch is marketed as a consumer media phone, and even has Sprint TV. Sprint was just too lazy to implement MMS for Pocket PC's.
But I guess you would be fine with Sprint actively blocking GPS or EVDO rev A on the Touch since it's not an advertised feature either.
