I do not quite follow...

If your not having activesync issues (in which you should be using Device Center 6.1 with Vista...) and cannot sync contacts, then you do have a problem. Your device should have come equipped with a sync CD w/ a base version of M$ Outlook. You will need to install this Outlook onto your PC in order to sync contacts, calender, tasks, etc.

But just in case, you may need to update your sync software (Activesync 3.x - 4.x is for XP, etc) to Vista compatibiliy here: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobi...icecenter.mspx
