Get into the Quickmenu options, go to the Command tab, and go all the way to the bottom. Select H-V Switch, and then hit create shortcut. Save it to the "Windows>Start Menu>Programs" folder. Then go to Start> Settings> Buttons and map one of the buttons to launch "Quickmenu H-V Switch".
