I just tried both of the PRL's you posted and they both still give the voice only pop-up. So i guess im back to the 1/8/10 65084, the only one that has worked. The 51739 from above did work but the constant blinking icon drove me nuts.

even though you get the voice only pop-up, it still shows your signal strength, right?
