The one in post 2 works. Download it to your device. Click on it to install it and select install to device. Soft reset. Click on the Start menu then click Settings then click on the Communications tab. Then click on WiFi Router.
i wasn't sure if it worked for you, i'm glad it worked out! i was waiting for the other 45 people who downloaded post 2 to comment .
