How often are you dropping your phones on hard concrete? That never happened to me my whole life, all the drops I’ve had were when the phone slides of a couch and falls on my carpeted floor.

The reason I get a case and screen protector is not because of breakage, I do it so their won’t be any scuff marks or scratches on the phone so that I can resell my phones on eBay for a high price while I upgrade to newer phones.
Why can't you just accept the fact that it is an obvious issue and quit making excuses for the company?
