Yep you would think so but nope hard reset did not work so now I will have to do the task 29 and reflash unfortunately...But looks like I may have it resolved just went to one of my coworkers who as a TP2 as well and I am downloading it to their phone and then I can transfer it to my desktop to flash, another 15mb left to transfer and I am good to go

Update: Download completed and phone reflashed successfully all is right with the world again lol lol. The task29 and reflash resolved the issue successfully so just re-adding items to it again but that is the easy part. Not sure why the hard rest would not work but either way all is resolved now and I am happy about that. Everyone have a great day..
