Update: not what I am talking about...I already had that box unchecked and still when I slide down on the home page the music player still come up. Its not a big deal but it would be nice to not have that on the home screen at all since i never use it. Thanks though!

you have to slide down to that page first, then click menu and go in and uncheck the box.
