Re: Who really has an Evo?

No disrespect, but who cares?

Don't forget that sprint isn't as popular as it is on this forum. Verizon dominates the CDMA market, ATT dominates with the iphone, and tmobile/other carriers dominate with low budget users. sprint? they're just around. I think they're more for business users than anything else. The business users i know aren't interested in Android to be honest, at least not yet. So it's no surprise to me the EVO is backordered and they didn't have more on hand.

I actually think they had plenty on hand for what it is. I didn't reserve mine, i just went to the store an hour and a half early and was near the front of the line (i live in a major city). They must've had 50+ boxes stacked that day. That's a lot of EVOs! It takes time to replenish supplies. The HD2 and Incredible are recent examples of not being able to stay in stock. The Touch Pro2 even had inventory problems for a hot second. Give it time, you'll eventually see one.
