So wait, if I'm on the 3rd Party employee plan (Free & Clear Unlimited) from previously being an employee of an affiliate, if I don't have a agen/dealer code to use, I'm still SOL, even with this form? is that right?

I'm startin to think I'm never gonna get this phone activated without changin my plan! it's drivin me crazy!

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated...I already called the employee helpline number and they told me I had to go through my dealer...which of course i don't have anymore.
