I agree, it seems that there will be alot of people that have dispute. I paid to have my original TP2 sim unlocked but since i lost it and got my replacement, i have been hesitant to pay for another one just because there have been so many people that have had horrible experiences in the last 6 month's with trying to deal with oli and cmonex.
I think its sad, that this thread has become a place where it seems more people are complaing about the lack of support. Like it was mentioned it would be another thing if it was free, BUT since they are charging even to re-unlock replacement phone's for the same customer. I definatley think that they need to continue to support their customers. If they dont want to anymore they need to to turn it over to someone who will or let the community know that they are done suportting it.
I think that should another phone come out in the future that needs to be unlocked that there are going to be alot of people that have a bitter taste in their mouth due to this experience and will be very reluctant to support them for any future unlockers.
