7. When I install a cab, I usually download it to the storage device, when it asks whether to install to device or storage card, I usually specify device but once in a while I select storage card by accident but the program still shows up like the programs I install on my device. What is the advantage of installing it in device over storage card? and does it make a difference?
Thanks in advance.
I just want to say thank you for not opening up tons of different threads for all your questions! I hit thanks for you becuz of that. A lot of people not just the n00bs will post the same question all over place. I know that i have done it myelf in the past
7. Wesley has some good advice on installing on Sd vs. Main memory. I just wanted to throw my 2 cents in also. Some programs will only work when installed on the main memory. I keep all my cabs saved on my memory card but when install them i do it to the main memory. There are a couple that I have installed to my Sd card. The only way to find out is to install to the SD and try and run the program. If it doesnt work you need to install the main memory

Personally I install everything to the phone itself. Back in the days when you only had 32MB or 64MB you where really picky on what you installed to the main memory, now with the phones that are out I think they have plenty of memory to install just about everything to the main memory (exclusion for the people that think they need to have 200 programs install god only knows why).
I agree about the 200 programs thing. I know that i have quite a few but i actually use all of mine,
