Re: Need help.....
WHen I go to bed I turn off 3g, and updates. This usually keeps my batter good while sleeping, and Of course if ya got Gps, bluetooth or wifi on also turn those off.
I for one dont use updates. I do this automatically. Ill just turn it on every few hours and itll get the mass of everything at once. I also turn off 3g when im not using the phones internet or anything needing fast data because 3g is one of the most power hungry things, also if your in a bad service area switching back from edge to 3g will also eat up batter, or even a poor 3g signal like 1 bar.... So keep 3g off unless needed.
Live wallpapers do eat some battery but not much IMO, as long as your not playing with it or staring at it like a 5 year old kid starring at the fire.....
SO, Break it down.... When Not using turn off
GPS
WIFI
3G
UPDATES (may still need this depending on if ya want them instant. I dont)
kill any big 3d games also they tend to run in the background and kill battery.
Dont stare at live wallpapers also.
Check your battery setting also and see where it says the usage is coming from, from there you can kinda get a idea of whats happening.....
Im trying a battery test on mine to see how much time I can get out of it not using it like a crack head. Ive been using my pc more while usually I use my n1 only.
It was at 97% at 12am last night. its now 250 pm and ive got 71% left and have made a few calls, texts, about 15 min. internet, updated once and a game for like 5 mins.
So my theory is 25% every 12 hours for me at a light moderate usage. I bet it only gets to mid day tomorrow before it dies. So 1 1/2 days on a charge of moderate usage for me isnt really bad....
