Manila Start Menu Hacks?_ Verizon Touch Pro2 MR2 Update includes Sense 2.5

I had the Manila Start Menu on my TP2(Sense 2.1) hacked to 4 columns(Co0kies 4 row for Sense2.1) and 60 possible app spots. I also had the 2nd,3rd and 4th row of four directed to folders(I had these rows locked). I could add or remove apps to all of these 60 that were not "locked".
Before the update to Sense 2.5 I exported the registry from HKLM/SOFTWARE/HTC/Manila/Program Launcher to a folder on my SD Card.
I knew that this would NOT create four columns on the Sense 2.5, but I did expect the 60 spots to be fully functional as they were before. They are not. I can only add and remove shortcuts down to spot 36.
I checked the (D word Value of) Program Launcher / totalItemCount and it is set to 60. All of my original shortcuts created are functional, but if I attempt to change them after spot number 36 (from the Start Menu) all values in the spot number I attempt to change are deleted. I can change the values back with Resco and the shortcut returns and is functional.
Does someone know of an additional value somewhere in the Registry that limits the total spots to "no more than 36"?
Also....Does anyone know how to get the 4 columns back in the Manila Start Menu/App Launcher? I have already got the "Windows Start Menu" at 4 columns.

The first attached image is what I had with Sense 2.1 and the second is what I now have now with Sense 2.5, any help would be appreciated!!

Thanks,
