Soooo, since Sprint is being uncool I had an idea.
I mean we have always been able to email pictures to a persons mobile text message box, but it takes a lot of work AND you have to know the carriers textmessage email domain (i.e.
mobilenumber@blah.verizon.sprint.blah.com). Now, there are lists of these for all the carriers floating around so it got me thinking....
Would it be possible to create a simply picture file browser that when you select a photo it brings up a list of your contacts and when you select a contact it asks you what Carrier they are using, and then opens up a new email and inputs their mobile number with the appropriate carrier phone email?
I mean, you still have to off the top of your head generally know what carrier your friends are on so maybe its a dumb idea but who knows, just throwin it out there.
And maybe a really good developer can figure out how to add a "Send this picture by email..." to the context menu of the regular file explore anyways.
