I still don't know how to get it to the relocked state. Any Ideas?
Right now I'm on radio 1.something and winmo 6.0.

Can I just run the verizon exe and be done with it?
Or should I unlock with 2.31 like it says in the post i linked to and then run the exe?
You really don't need to re-lock just make sure you flash back to the Verizon shipped rom. That's all that is really needed.
