I am on Verizon,moved from a 6700 to a 6800. I have noticed the same "Sorry".
I think it is a memory issue. IF you reset or close a bunch of programs. It works. I have been using a very heavy ROM. Nextvision's Hybrid.
I am going to try a lighter ROM, plus goto 6.1
