They are simply png's with a 64x64 transparent canvas.
The file names are:
CHT_slider_email
CHT_slider_messages
CHT_slider_missedcalls
If you have something specific in mind, and would like me to make them up for you, let me know. I can easily make them smaller too, if that's all you want.
