Seems as though new cookie is a bit sluggish on our phones....thx to NGRY for this

Try this cab 2 remove other layouts, improve animation speeds, etc on devices other than the Leo http://digs.by/9QXqxH!

I have not tested it and it was posted for his roms....but I would assume it will work on all....
