Today in a
tweet, Musclenerd of the iPhone Dev Team confirmed that iOS 4.0 final version's baseband will be unlockable, which probably means iPhone 4, which is estimated to have the new 5.13.04 baseband found in iOS 4.0 will be unlockable! This is awesome news, and as you may know the 3.1.3 5.12.01 baseband unlock was not released so the same exploit could be used on the baseband upgrade for iOS 4.0.
When the phone comes out in 5 days we will see!
