Update. When I say as is I mean that I will not provide any guarantee that it ill keep working. The mifi should still be under factory warranty and the TP has been covered by TEP the whole time i have had it and I would advise anyone interested to have the same coverage as you never know what could happen to your phone.
I will guarantee that they are both in perfect working order as of right now and will be when you receive them though.
