Not sure of your carrier, but I would start with your epst setting like the MDN, MIN, SID, NID, MCC, MNC, PRL, SPC, EVRC setting, etc...
There are a lot of factors also like does your carriers network use a R-UIM card or is it all phone provisioned like US carriers. Also verify with your carrier that the ESN that is in the phone "not the one on the label" is in their system correctly.
